Dear Dan,
Thank you so much for your prompt attention to this matter! Your willingness to send the correct fireplace so quickly has allowed us to stay on track with our plan to have our basement finished by Christmas. You certainly adhered to a "no-hassle" policy, despite the potential hassle involved in returning one fireplace and getting another one.
I have printed out the bill of lading and have left a note on the door for the shippers, since I don't know if I will be here.

Many thanks for your prompt response to my query. As you could probably tell on the phone I wasn't particularly happy with the circumstances leading up to my phone call to customer service (nearly 3 weeks since I ordered my BBQ) but you gave me an honest response, offered to follow up and most importantly, actually followed through - within minutes. It is service like this that will make me and no doubt others come back to Wholesale Now rather than switch to the myriad of competitors.
Now can you please train up some more people and send them off to work at all the airlines, retail banks and utility companies??

Thank you Lou for all the help with the original order and getting my missing part sent to me. The service I received was good, and my product ("H" burner & venturi's) arrived in a timely fashion. And when my package arrived w/o one of the venturi, Lou was very helpful via phone calls, voice mails and email to get me the missing part once again in a timely fashion.
While I hope my grill will not need anymore repairs in the future, I will certainally would consider Wholesale Now for the parts if my grill needs help again.

I was informed that you had a standard restocking fee, but I asked that it be waived since I never opened the item. You got me all of the information, in a very timely manner, to send the item back to the manufacturer. They agreed to return the item and not charge a restocking fee.

First off I want to say thanks for a great purchasing experience. I ordered my bed from you after reading testimonials on your website and those testimonials are accurate. I had a great guy to work with when I placed my order and my bed arrived in a timely manner. You kept me informed on the status of my shipment too. I like the bed and I would reccomend your site to anyone looking to purchase a tanning bed. One more thing. When my bed arrived on the truck the driver told me he was suprised at how well my tanning bed was packaged. It was banded and wrapped on a pallet. The driver told me that he has delivered beds "from other companies" that are not packaged very well and have actually had torn boxes and scratched beds. So great job!! I can't imagine waiting for my bed to get here only to have scratches on it when it arrived. Anyway I have had a great experience with your company and thank you again for great service.
