By using Maxi-Flect reflectors you get a more powerful tan out of this moderately sized 20 bulb bed. You can expect the tanning power to be the same as that of a normal 32 bulb bed. The electronic ballast puts less stress on the bulbs and requires less power. This means that you can plug the bed into a standard 120 vold outlet and get 5-7 years of use on the bulbs if you use the bed 9 times per week.
